On the Master phone you list tasks that you want done and set a priority 1. for today 2. after all no 1 has been done. 3. back up jobs when all others are complete.  

The highest priority task is sent to your employees phone and  when he presses Task Complete or Unable to complete you get a time update sms on your phone and the next task gets automatically sent.

 

Simple stops people wondering what to do next.  or waiting for instructions etc
